The 'Villa
Bethina'
was constructed in 2003 in the peaceful Southern
Costa Blanca. 20 minutes by car from Alicante airport (or 35 from Murcia) in the
area of La Marina there are 3 bedrooms each with with air conditioning/heating sleeping 6 in comfort. It
has a large lounge with TV, DVD, video and hi-fi, dining room,
beautifully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge
freezer, microwave, juicer, sandwich maker, iron etc) and 2
bathrooms, each comprising bath, shower and wc. It is the ideal location for a
wonderful family holiday or a long weekend break.
Accessible from the upstairs bedrooms is a large solarium
complete with furniture. Outside the villa guests enjoy a covered patio
area looking out onto the private gardens complete with parking for at least 3
cars. The villa enjoys a private 9m x 5m swimming pool complete with
lights for night time swimming and large lighted patio area. It is less than
10 minutes by car from many beautiful sandy beaches all awarded the Blue
Flag for cleanliness and safety.

A large, new supermarket is located less than 500
metres from the villa along with a variety of bars and restaurants in
the same location. The seaside towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja are
less than 10 minutes drive
from the villa and the town of San Fulgencio less than 2 miles away. The area is ideal for
those who simply want to relax and enjoy the sun as there are many blue flag beaches within 10 minutes drive that can boast mile after mile of golden sand. For
those with more energetic intents the Costa Blanca is famous for its many
superb golf courses with more than 10 easily accessible.

The Costa Blanca enjoys a typically subtropical Mediterranean
climate with cool sea breezes in the summer and
protected by the surrounding mountains from the cold
North winds in winter. The area can boast nearly 3,000
hours of sunshine
each year and the average temperature exceeds 20 degrees. In 1986 the
World Health Organization recommended the climate as
one of the most equitable in the world - neither too
hot in summer nor too cold in winter. On average it
benefits from 325 sunny days per year making it an ideal, all year round
holiday destination.
There are three bedrooms
-upstairs is the master bedroom with a King size bed. The second
bedroom now has new twin beds and downstairs the 3rd bedroom has twin beds.
There are bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, each with a bath, shower
and WC.

Downstairs is open plan
and has
a lovely light and airy lounge with ample seating, TV and video, DVD,
Playstation One (with games) and a
Hi-fi with CD changer (plus a selection of family videos and CDs) are
available. There is also a dining area and fully equipped
kitchen.
